Due to the made-to-order and one-of-a-kind nature of each piece, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

All sales are considered final.

If your piece arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@fromdune.com.au, including your order number and clear images of the issue. Each case will be carefully assessed, and if approved, we will offer a repair, replacement, or store credit where appropriate.


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges on made-to-order or one-off pieces.

Repairs

Jewellery is designed to be worn and lived in, and over time, natural wear may occur.

We offer repairs where possible. If your piece requires attention, please reach out with details and imagery, and we will advise on the next steps. Repair costs and shipping fees may apply depending on the nature of the repair.

Please note that slight variations, imperfections, and irregularities are intentional and part of the character of each piece.

We do not consider these as faults, but as part of what makes each piece unique.
