Each piece is made slowly and intentionally, shaped by hand and material. Please allow the time required for this process.

We ship within Australia and to most international destinations.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (AEST), excluding weekends and public holidays.

As all pieces are made to order, production begins at a minimum of five business days and can extend up to twenty business days depending on the design. Estimated timeframes are noted on each product page.

Once your order is complete, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details.

Once your parcel arrives in the destination country, tracking will continue through your local postal service.

International orders are shipped on a delivery duties unpaid basis. Duties and taxes may apply depending on your location and order value.
